About the Conference
The Litigation Conference 2019 is proudly presented by the Civil Practice Committee of The Law Society of Singapore.
The two-day Conference (22 & 23 April 2019) aims to provide participants with fresh insights on the latest developments in the area of litigation practice by bringing together speakers representing the judiciary, litigation practitioners and supporting industry experts from Singapore and various other jurisdictions.
The focus for Litigation Conference 2019 is the Civil Justice Reforms which have been open to public consultation since 26 October 2018. The reforms will radically streamline civil procedure, reduce interlocutory applications and introduce a higher degree of case management by the judiciary.
